As ANA/AIMM members, we pledge to hold ourselves and the industry accountable for promises made to rid our industry of systemic racism and institutional bias. Learn more about how you can join our commitment to effect change:
The ANA’s Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing (AIMM) is a coalition of entities from the entire marketing ecosystem, representing the Hispanic, African-American, Asian, and LGBTQ+ markets. AIMM members are focused on re-prioritizing multicultural and inclusive marketing to help companies maximize their growth potential.
AIMM has been the catalyst for unprecedented industry research examining multicultural marketing opportunities and the obstacles that stand in the way of optimal growth.
By 2023, over 40 percent of the U.S. population will self-identify as multicultural: African-American, Hispanic, Asian, or a combination of two or more races
“As the marketplace becomes increasingly diverse, the ANA recognizes that the strategic evolution of multicultural marketing becomes even more important to brands. The industry is not growing as fast as it should be. There are multiple reasons. One is that we are under-leveraging multicultural marketing. We can restore growth to the entire industry.”
